Role Description

We're looking for a
Paid Social Specialist
to drive user acquisition and scale growth for our next-generation gaming products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on performance marketing, knows how to turn data into strategy, and is excited to build campaigns that stand out in competitive, high-growth markets.

You will own paid social campaigns end-to-end: from strategy and budget allocation to execution, optimization, and reporting. Collaborating closely with Creative, Data, and Product teams, you'll shape the company's user acquisition engine and ensure strong, measurable impact.

This is a full-time remote position with close collaboration across Product and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development
    : Design and execute user acquisition strategies across major paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, Quora, etc.)
  • Hands-on Campaign Management
    : Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns to achieve KPIs like conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS
  • Budget Ownership
    : Manage user acquisition budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and maximize returns
  • Market & Competitor Research
    : Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations to identify new growth opportunities
  • Collaboration
    : Work with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives tailored to each platform
  • User Analytics
    : Use tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Tableau to analyze performance, track user journeys, and drive insights
  • A/B Testing
    : Run structured experiments to improve ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and funnels
  • User Segmentation
    : Develop precise audience targeting and personalization strategies to increase engagement and conversion
  • Reporting & Insights
    : Provide transparent campaign reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in paid social user acquisition, ideally in Gaming, iGaming, or FinTech
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-driven decisions
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid social platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Tableau, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above (Upper-Intermediate+)
