We are looking for a Security Specialist to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Daily monitoring of compliance with physical security regulations;
  • Promptly responding to and resolving physical security issues;
  • Monitor of video surveillance cameras;
  • Ensure uninterrupted functioning of the video surveillance system;
  • Control of entry/exit of employees after working hours;
  • Check of suspicious people, actions, violations of regulations in the office and control of office inventory;
  • Regularly informing the head of the security service about the facts of violations and measures to be taken;
  • Keep records of visitors, couriers, employees and other people that coming to the office;
  • Issue an access card for the employees, activate it in the business center's ACS, enter the employee's data and photo into the ACS database;
  • Registration and issue of temporary access of guests and business travelers;
  • Ensure continuous security coverage by working in rotating shifts, including day schedules, to maintain vigilance and prompt response to any security concerns.

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of security organization of enterprises and companies of various forms of ownership or related fields;
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements related to the protection of information and physical security of the enterprise (company) and confidentiality of corporate data;
  • Ability to analyze and assess risks;
  • English - Intermediate.
