Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior IT Specialist, located in Limassol, Cyprus. The Junior IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, IT troubleshooting, and ensuring network security. The role involves providing customer service support to staff and users for resolving IT-related issues.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supports the daily operation of the organization's information system, assisting in maintenance and resolution of basic technical issues under the guidance of the MIS Manager.
2. Participates in the collection and organization of data for the creation of reports and information tools, supporting decision-making processes.
3. Provides first-level technical support to application users, resolving day-to-day issues.
4. Assists in user training by providing instructions on the use of information systems and helping staff become familiar with the organization's technological solutions.
5. Supports the entry and processing of data in commercial applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
6. Collaborates with the MIS Manager in the configuration and operation of the ERP system, assisting in upgrades and maintenance activities.
7. Provides technical support to internal and external auditors, in coordination with the MIS Manager.
8. Participates in technology procurement processes, assisting in the inspection, installation, and basic configuration of hardware and software.
9. Helps monitor IT infrastructure and networks, ensuring proper operation and security of the equipment.
10. Performs additional duties assigned by the MIS Manager or Management, according to the organization's needs.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Knowledge of SQL relational databases (preferably Oracle).
• Strong proficiency in Windows environments.
• Any experience in ERP system configuration will be considered an additional asset.
