to join our team.

Role overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic Payments team. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of the payments and Forex industry, coupled with a proven track record in managing PSP relationships and optimising payment solutions. This role will play a key part in supporting the PSP Manager with sourcing, onboarding, and evaluating Payment Service Providers (PSPs), while also contributing to strategic analysis and market research initiatives to enhance our global payments infrastructure.

Your role at HFM:

• PSP Management and Support
• Assist the PSP Manager in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to support the company's global operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations) to ensure timely and compliant PSP onboarding.
• Maintain and update PSP documentation, contracts, and communication records.
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Prepare and analyse PSP performance reports, including transaction volumes, approval ratios, fees, and other key KPIs.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve payment performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Support the PSP Manager in preparing management summaries and presentations for senior leadership.
• Market & Competitor Research
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging payment methods, regional trends, and regulatory changes affecting the payments landscape.
• Develop and maintain competitor benchmarking reports, providing insights into industry best practices and innovative payment solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and payment channels (e.g., APMs, e-wallets, crypto solutions) relevant to the company's target markets.
• Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, Risk) to ensure payment solutions align with business objectives.
• Recommend improvements to existing PSP setups, routing strategies, and payment flows to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Stay informed of evolving industry standards, compliance requirements, and emerging trends within the payments and Forex ecosystem.

Requirements

• BA/BSc in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Payments, Forex, or PSP environments.
• Proven experience in PSP management, payment analysis, or financial operations within an international organization.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of global payment methods, transaction flows, and payment gateways.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
