Sales Enablement SpecialistJob Brief

WireWallet is seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Sales Enablement Specialist to join our fast-growing fintech team.

In this role, you will help shape WireWallet's brand presence within the digital payments and fintech ecosystem by developing and executing marketing and sales enablement initiatives that support user acquisition, product adoption, and market expansion.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to ensure WireWallet is clearly positioned in a competitive and innovative market, using insights into fintech dynamics, customer behaviour, and digital marketing trends to drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to grow WireWallet's products, users and global brand

· Manage WireWallet's social media channels, delivering engaging and performance-focused content

· Develop and execute a strategy that clearly communicates WireWallet's value proposition to end users

· Support and refine WireWallet's brand positioning to strengthen its competitive advantage

· Create and maintain sales materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, product guides, and FAQs

· Support onboarding and ongoing training for the sales team on products, processes, and tools

· Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and compelling

· Review sales performance and identify opportunities to improve skills, content, or processes

· Coordinate product training and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

· Support client segmentation and market strategies to help the sales team grow revenue

· Collaborate with Head of Sales and COO to align marketing and sales initiatives with company objectives

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

· 2–4 years' experience in marketing, preferably within fintech, payments, financial services, or technology

· Proven experience managing and growing social media channels with measurable results

· Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing strategy, and growth marketing principles

· Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools -

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, CRM systems, or similar

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear and

compelling content

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Creative, well-organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
