Fast Offshore's Managing Partner is an internationally recognized professional with expertise in banking, payment processing investments, and corporate structures across more than 25 countries. The firm provides consulting services to both small and large multinational companies for their offshore needs.

Role Description

We are seeking highly motivated
Compliance Analysts
to join our
remote due diligence onboarding team
. You will be responsible for conducting
KYC/KYB and enhanced due diligence checks
on prospective licensees (operators and B2B providers), reviewing corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and reputational risk, and preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.

Key Responsilities

  • Review and verify
    corporate documentation
    (incorporation certificates, shareholder registers, UBO disclosures, etc.).
  • Conduct
    sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening
    of directors, shareholders, and beneficial owners.
  • Analyze
    corporate structures
    , identify complex arrangements, and ensure transparency of ultimate ownership.
  • Assess
    source of funds / source of wealth
    documentation, including financial statements and supporting evidence.
  • Prepare
    risk assessments
    (Low/Medium/High) .
  • Draft clear
    compliance reports
    with findings and recommendations (approve, request further info, reject).
  • Escalate high-risk or complex cases to Senior Analysts / Compliance Manager.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and auditable case records.
  • Stay updated on
    FATF guidance, EU AML directives, and international best practices
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Law, Finance, Compliance, Criminology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3
    + years' experience
    in AML, compliance, due diligence, or corporate services, preferably within iGaming or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of
    AML/CFT frameworks
    , FATF recommendations, and EU AML directives.
  • Familiarity with
    KYC/KYB processes
    , corporate structures, and beneficial ownership.
  • Experience with
    sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening tools
    (e.g., ComplyAdvantage, LexisNexis).
  • Excellent
    analytical, research, and report-writing skills
    .
  • High attention to detail, strong integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Fluency in English
    (written and spoken) required; additional languages (Greek, Spanish, French) are an asset.
