Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk & Compliance Analyst.

The Risk & Compliance Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks associated with our investment strategies and operations. The Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring that our policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in a business or finance related field


• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience


• Familiarity with Cyprus regulatory requirements for AlFs/ AIFMs will be considered beneficial


• Fluency in written and oral English with strong communication and presentation skills


• Fast learner, self-motivated and proactive to be able to quickly assimilate complex AlF structures, the operational environment and investment strategies of the AlFs and understand how these relate to the risk management, and compliance framework of the AIFM


• Able to multi-task and manage a varied workload as well as be able to work with tight deadlines


• Excellent organizational and project management skills


• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel and MS Word)
