You will join FxPro as a
Client Operations Officer
for our
Russian desk
, supporting clients with deposits and withdrawals, profile activation, and KYC/AML checks in line with internal procedures. You will also provide first-line support via chat and phone, coordinate with payment providers when needed, and maintain accurate CRM records and daily/weekly reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Process client deposit and withdrawal requests accurately and on time
  • Verify client data and ensure all operations follow internal procedures and controls
  • Coordinate with payment providers to resolve processing issues and status updates when needed
  • Perform client profile activation checks including KYC document review, identity verification, and proof of address validation in line with AML and internal policies
  • Provide first-line client support via chat and phone for general questions about company products and services and escalate complex cases to relevant teams
  • Log client interactions and requests in CRM and internal systems and maintain clean auditable records
  • Maintain daily and weekly internal reporting on processed requests volumes and exceptions

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Back Office, Payments or Client Support
  • Fluent English and Russian written and spoken
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work quickly and confidently with CRM and internal systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with a consistent record of error-free processing
  • Ability to strictly follow procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Nice to have experience in Forex, FinTech, or Online Trading
  • Nice to have understanding of payment methods and flows such as cards, bank transfers, and crypto and common payment issues
