Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-driven
Client Success Officer
to join our
on-site team in Limassol.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining ongoing account support, and
encouraging
long-term engagement with The Hood Platform. You will play a key role in client satisfaction, retention, and overall platform success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support.
  • Monitor client activity on The Hood Platform and their social media channels to ensure engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions to help clients fully understand and utilize platform features.
  • Assist users with document review and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain updated customer data and manage interactions using CRM systems.
  • Perform follow-ups with inactive clients to re-engage them and reduce churn.
  • Support the development and execution of retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed effectively and promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high service standards.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Ability to conduct clear, engaging, and practical training sessions.
  • Must have the right to work in Cyprus.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, client-facing roles, or account management.
  • Understanding of the maritime industry or seafarer recruitment processes.
