We are seeking an IT Team Leader to oversee and manage IT site managers across Albania, Israel, and Cyprus. The IT Team Lead will manage infrastructure, security, and operations across multiple sites. Has strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Lead and manage 3-4 IT site managers across multiple locations.
  • Oversee IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve Windows and Linux-based environments.
  • Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT policies and best practices.
  • Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and IT governance across all sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation in IT processes.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with expertise in Windows, Linux, and AWS.
  • Previous leadership experience – managing IT teams or projects.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud-based environments.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
  • Experience in multi-site IT management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
