A leading online marketing company specializing in generating and delivering unique, targeted traffic for the gaming industry is seeking an experienced
Mobile / In-App Team Leader
to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, leading a small team, developing effective mobile marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and building long-term client relationships. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic and data-driven operation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Lead and support team members to achieve campaign and performance goals.
  • Develop and execute in-app and mobile marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate campaign delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the in-app or mobile marketing industry.
  • Proven experience managing advertisers or client portfolios.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities with a focus on data-driven results.
  • Solid understanding of the gaming industry and user acquisition trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.


Location:
Israel or Cyprus (Hybrid – partial work-from-home flexibility)
