Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant based in Nicosia. The Senior Consultant will lead projects related to quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance, including the development and implementation of management systems (e.g., ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO Responsibilities include conducting audits, facilitating training programs, and providing expert recommendations to clients. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with laboratory services on analytical and microbiological assessments to support client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and Food Safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001).
  • Strong skills in project management, consulting, and client relationship management.
  • Experience in analytical and microbiological laboratories, including understanding laboratory processes and results interpretation.
  • Training and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver comprehensive programs tailored to client needs.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Relevant academic background in food science, quality management, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
  • Certifications in auditing standards (e.g., Lead Auditor) and prior experience in a consulting role are advantageous.
