Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior AI Consultant to work in the Xenatus AI practice to shape the future of enterprise AI and digital transformation for our clients. This is not a theoretical or "slide deck" role — you will work hands-on with cutting-edge AI platforms and Microsoft technologies, including Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and the newest AI orchestration and automation tools.

You will collaborate directly with business and technology leaders to:

• Identify high-value AI opportunities
• Design the end-to-end functional and technical solution
• Configure, develop, test, and deploy AI workflows into production
• In addition to client delivery, you'll participate in R&D and productization, helping build internal accelerators, reusable components, and AI patterns that will scale across industries. Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Use Case Definition

• Lead AI discovery and ideation workshops with client stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases with measurable impact.
• Produce business and functional requirement documents, process flows, and success criteria.

Solution Architecture, Design & AI Workflow Engineering

• Design functional and technical architectures, including data flows, prompt-flow logic, RAG architectures, integrations, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure all AI features follow enterprise security, privacy, responsible AI, and compliance standards (GDPR, data residency, security controls, etc.).
• Collaborate with data engineers, platform architects, and developers when deeper technical integration is required.

Configuration, Development & Implementation

• Build AI solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem:
• Azure OpenAI Service / Azure AI Studio (prompt engineering, agents, orchestrations, RAG)
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Dynamics 365 (Business Central / Customer Engagement – nice to have)
• Develop custom connectors, scripts, or components (Python, C#, TypeScript, etc.) when required.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including configuration, development, integration testing, UAT, and production go-live.

Training, Change Management & Client Enablement

• Create training materials, user guides, and adoption plans.
• Deliver hands-on enablement sessions and workshops to help clients become self-sufficient.

R&D, Innovation & Productization

• Create internal accelerators, reusable workflows, prompt libraries, and delivery toolkits.
• Research new capabilities and emerging AI patterns to keep our offering ahead of the market.
• Contribute to thought leadership (POCs, demos, webinars, whitepapers).

Required Qualifications

• Years of experience; ideally in AI consulting, digital transformation, business applications, or automation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade AI technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI / Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
• Ability to translate complex business processes into functional + technical designs.
• Experience delivering production solutions that include security, governance, and compliance controls.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills — able to lead workshops and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Azure certifications (AI-102, AZ-900, PL-300/PL-400, etc.).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering best practices, or AI governance frameworks.
