Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Founder. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling errands across Cyprus, including visiting authorities, submitting and collecting documents, post office tasks, and procuring items as needed.

• Coordinating with service providers and organizing maintenance for the founder's personal properties. -Managing payments for utility bills and other regular expenses related to the founder's personal real estate.

• Assisting with scheduling, planning meetings, and managing daily tasks.

• Organizing appointments and preparing documents or information as needed.

• Support with organizing events, both personal and professional.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.

You have:

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a calm, professional demeanor.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and anticipate the manager's needs.

• A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
