On behalf of our client in the sports betting industry we are hiring a
Chief Product Officer
for their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the company's product strategy and turn it into a clear roadmap with measurable results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering.
  • Manage priorities, resources, and processes within product and IT.
  • Build a strong product culture: hypotheses, A/B testing, feedback loops.
  • Oversee tech direction: handling technical debt, architecture, development speed.
  • Drive growth and quality across internal systems (CMS, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).
  • Work closely with CEO, Commercial, SEO, CRM, and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as CPO/Head of Product/Product & Tech Director in digital, media, or platform businesses.
  • Ability to combine strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Strong background in product and tech management, from discovery to delivery.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (15+ people).
  • Solid skills in analytics, metrics, and scaling products.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to build trust and effective processes.

  • Background in betting, affiliate marketing, or media.
  • Experience scaling teams and launching new initiatives.
