As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Payments Product Associate to join our team.

Role overview

As a Payments Product Associate, you will support the Payments Product Manager and the wider team in ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient deposit and withdrawal experiences for our global clients. You will gain hands-on exposure to the payments ecosystem, working closely with internal teams and external providers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their product career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the fast-paced world of fintech.

• Assist the Product Manager, Payments with the daily management of payment products and initiatives.
  
• Support the end-to-end testing of new and existing payment method integrations (banks, wallets, cryptos, and alternative payment methods) in real environments.
  
• Coordinate with Finance, Back-Office, Engineering, QA, and the Scrum Team to ensure smooth execution of payment flows.
  
• Help document user journeys, test cases, and payment flows in Confluence and Jira.
  
• Identify and report issues, bugs, or inconsistencies in deposits and withdrawals, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  
• Participate in sprint planning and team ceremonies, assisting with backlog items and product tasks.
  
• Support the monitoring of payment performance KPIs (success rates, processing times, approval ratios) and assist in preparing reports.
  
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new payment trends and opportunities.
  
• Act as a liaison between the Product team and internal stakeholders and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  
  

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 1 years of experience in product, operations, fintech, banking, or payments (internships or academic projects will also be considered).
  
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  
• Basic understanding of transaction flows for deposits, withdrawals, and PSP integrations would be an advantage.
  
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, or willingness to learn.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Back-Office).
  
• Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to test, identify, and report issues accurately.
  
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and grow within product management.
