Мы в поиске Senior Product Owner для наших партнеров. Необходимо будет развивать платформу с модулями CRM/PRM/HRM, которая выходит за рамки корпоративного использования и становится продуктом для рынка. Сейчас фокус на внедрении AI/Big Data, автоматизации и построении реальной ценности для бизнеса.

Обязанности:

  • Запускать и внедрять реальные AI/Big Data-функции в продукт, отвечающие бизнес-метрикам (а не POC ради POC);
  • Руководить развитием BI-аналитики: метрики, дашборды, инструменты (Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset);
  • Работать с данными руками: проверять гипотезы, валидировать модели, принимать решения на основе фактов;
  • Управлять бэклогом, Roadmap и приоритизацией задач, исходя из реальной ценности для бизнеса;
  • Совместно с Data Science/Engineering-командами внедрять ML/AI-решения, включая LLM и автоматизацию процессов;
  • Организовывать тестирование гипотез (A/B-тесты), проверку value для пользователей и бизнеса;
  • Формировать требования к разработке с привязкой к бизнес-эффекту (снижение затрат, рост выручки, повышение конверсий).

Требования:

  • Опыт Product Owner/Product Manager в IT 5+ лет, где на практике запускались и масштабировались AI/Big Data/BI- решения;
  • Умение работать с большими массивами данных и BI-инструментами, опыт построения аналитических платформ или data- продуктов;
  • Практический опыт взаимодействия с Data Science/ML-командами;
  • Базовые навыки SQL и Python — для быстрой валидации данных и гипотез;
  • Опыт работы с продуктами уровня enterprise (CRM, XRM, ERP) или B2B-решениями;
  • Понимание unit-экономики и влияние продукта на финансовые результаты бизнеса

Будет плюсом:

  • Успешный опыт внедрения LLM (GPT-моделей) в реальные процессы;
  • Опыт в igaming или смежных высоконагруженных B2C-рынках;
  • Глубокое знание BI-стека (архитектура, оптимизация, best practices).
