Product Owner (iGaming)

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic Product Owner to lead the development and optimisation of our online casino platform.

You'll take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring every feature and release aligns with player needs, market trends, and company objectives.

This role reports to the COO/CEO and works closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance).

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  1. Define and maintain the product roadmap for the casino platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  2. Prioritise features and developments based on data, player insights, and ROI.
  3. Conduct regular market, competitor, and player behaviour analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
  4. Work with the leadership team to define product KPIs such as FTD, retention, LTV, NGR, and ARPU.

Product Delivery & Execution

  1. Lead the full product lifecycle — from idea and concept to launch and post-release optimisation.
  2. Collaborate daily with engineering, design, BI, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery and measurable results.
  3. Drive A/B testing, UX improvements, and gamification to boost player engagement and conversion rates.
  4. Implement and optimise Agile/Scrum processes for fast iteration and delivery.

Performance & Optimisation

  1. Analyse key metrics (conversion, retention, ARPU, churn) and turn insights into product improvements.
  2. Ensure product performance aligns with financial goals, contributing directly to NGR growth and player satisfaction.
  3. Regularly present product results and new opportunities to management.

Compliance & Responsible Gaming

  1. Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all releases follow licensing, AML, GDPR, and responsible gaming standards.
  2. Promote safe play principles and ethical player experience across all product areas.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, or similar digital entertainment).
  • Solid understanding of casino product KPIs (GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, Retention).
  • Proven success in managing a roadmap, feature launches, and data-driven optimisation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills — able to collaborate with tech and non-tech stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written).
  • A degree in Business, Product Management, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with turnkey platforms (e.g., SoftSwiss, Soft2Bet).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalisation or gamification tools.
  • Prior work in Tier 1–2 markets with different regulatory environments.
  • Understanding of affiliate and retention funnels from the operator side.
