Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to the regulator in relation to Finance
- Preparation of Management Accounts
- Develop budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Review tax, duties, and contributions' calculations, and proper submission to the related authorities
- Liaise with external auditors on the preparation of the company's audited financial statements
- Conduct daily corporate and clients' accounts reconciliations through Sage 500 and Composer (the company's back office system)
- Cooperate with the internal auditors for annual and ad-hoc audits
- Direct and review the day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Oversight of the business reporting tool and ensuring data accuracy
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to advise management on financial analyses, results, and recommendations
- Provide support for business and operational decision-making.
- Management of finance-related human resources areas, such as Training and staff benefits programme management
Your Profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CySEC Advanced Certification is preferred but not essential
- Proven knowledge of Accounting, Tax Law, and administration
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years' recent experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English is a must
