We are looking to hire a highly organized, enthusiastic Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Nicosia office. This role covers office administration duties, Accounting department assistance, and Management support.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  2. Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and company records.
  3. Maintain bookkeeping records and assist with invoices/expenses.
  4. Process payments.
  5. Assist the head of the office, in administration and finance matters to ensure an effective management of the financial resources.
  6. Provide administrative support to management and CEO.
  7. Handle communication and confidential matters.
  8. Capability to handle management's personal inquiries.
  9. Travel bookings, if necessary.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken & written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Diploma in the relevant field.
  • Accounting and QuickBooks knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
