We are looking to hire a highly organized, enthusiastic Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Nicosia office. This role covers office administration duties, Accounting department assistance, and Management support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and company records.
- Maintain bookkeeping records and assist with invoices/expenses.
- Process payments.
- Assist the head of the office, in administration and finance matters to ensure an effective management of the financial resources.
- Provide administrative support to management and CEO.
- Handle communication and confidential matters.
- Capability to handle management's personal inquiries.
- Travel bookings, if necessary.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Diploma in the relevant field.
- Accounting and QuickBooks knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
