Role Overview

The Architect will be involved in the full architectural design process—from initial concept development and feasibility assessments to technical documentation and on-site coordination. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams as well as external consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure each project progresses smoothly and meets required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to feasibility studies and assist in the development of conceptual designs
  • Prepare applications for planning and building permits
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
  • Coordinate design details with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams
  • Support on-site inspections and provide design clarifications during construction
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments regarding updates and design modifications
  • Ensure design accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline
  • 3–4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous experience within property development or working closely with developers is an advantage
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, organisational, and design presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of local planning regulations, building codes, materials, and construction practices
  • A high-quality portfolio demonstrating design capability and past project involvement
