About the Role
We are seeking a
Relationship Manager
to join our fast-growing sales and client success function. In this role, you will drive the conversion of prospective retail clients across inbound and outbound channels, ensuring they receive the guidance, product knowledge, and support needed to confidently open, fund, and trade their accounts with Vantage.
You'll be part of a dynamic, multilingual team and play a key role in turning leads into active, long-term clients.
Responsibilities
Support & Convert Inbound Leads
- Assist prospects via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Guide clients through live account opening, KYC submission, and platform onboarding.
Proactive Outreach & New Business Growth
- Initiate outbound conversations with prospects and dormant leads via phone, email, and messaging apps.
- Continuously identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities.
- Convert prospective clients from various lead sources into active, funded, and traded accounts.
Client Education & Platform Support
- Educate clients on Vantage's product offerings, platform features, tools, and trading workflows.
- Conduct individual platform walkthroughs and small-group webinars to enhance client confidence and engagement.
Onboarding & Account Activation
- Manage the full account-opening cycle, from initial inquiry to first deposit, ensuring a smooth, proactive experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve onboarding or compliance-related queries efficiently.
Marketing Collaboration
- Support the marketing team with campaign localisation and market-specific initiatives.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Past experience in customer support or sales within the Forex/CFD industry
OR
a strong academic background in finance for fresh graduates. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A second European language is highly recommended.
- Strong multitasking, decision-making, and project management abilities.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Nice to Have
- Experience in FX/CFD brokerage, fintech, or regulated financial services.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and common KYC/account-opening processes.
- Previous exposure to sales funnels, lead conversion metrics, or CRM pipelines.
