We're hiring a
Data Analytics Manager
to work closely with our Head of Data Analytics—owning critical projects today and stepping into a broader management role within the next 9–12 months. This role is central to scaling our analytics and modelling capabilities across Cyprus, Greece, and new markets.

The team

You'll join the data and modelling unit, collaborating daily with product, engineering, and real estate specialists. We value independence, clear communication, and measurable outcomes.

The job

You'll lead complex analytics projects—developing models, refining pipelines, and delivering insights into BI tools and client-facing products. Over time, you'll take on line management responsibilities, mentoring analysts and shaping the structure of the data team.

What you'll do

  • Lead analytics projects:
    deliver valuation models, risk scores, and market analyses that feed into core products.
  • Ensure data quality:
    maintain accuracy, consistency, and coverage across datasets and geographies.
  • BI & reporting:
    design and manage dashboards (Metabase or similar) to support clients and internal teams.
  • Client delivery:
    prepare portfolio analyses, benchmarks, and custom reporting for banks, insurers, and developers.
  • Advance innovation:
    apply AI/ML techniques for deduplication, prediction, and anomaly detection.
  • Build toward management:
    document processes, establish QA routines, and begin mentoring junior colleagues.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years
    in data analytics, data science, or quantitative research, with proven project delivery.
  • Strong command of SQL, Python, and/or R; BI tool experience (Metabase, Power BI, or similar).
  • Track record of building and deploying models (valuation, risk, forecasting).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Greek a plus).
  • Analytical and structured, with ability to link technical detail to business goals.
  • Ambition to step into
    micro-team management within 9–12 months.
