- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, port authorities, and logistics providers to secure bookings, resolve issues or delays, and maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.), ensuring compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, and destination requirements.
- Track shipments, maintain accurate logistics records, and update stakeholders on delivery progress.
- Monitor key logistics and procurement KPIs, reporting on cost trends, supplier efficiency, and overall performance.
- Monitor trade restrictions, sanctions, embargoes, and country-specific regulations, maintaining detailed records for audits, inspections, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics and export inquiries from suppliers, customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to identify product trends, meet suppliers, and build relationships, reporting on leads, quotations, and outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across the supply chain.
