Limassol, Limassol, Cyprus Correct Group Ltd Full time €20,000 - €40,000 per year

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations and offer assistance to the Management Team. From scheduling meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. This is a Part-time position (6hrs per day) flexible between 9am and 8pm.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assist with office bookkeeping and management.
  • Assist the Management Team with secretarial work and meeting organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Have a driving licence.
  • Excellent English and Greek.
