We're a fast-growing fintech company in sunny Limassol, and we're looking for a
responsible, organized, and positive Office Administrator
to bring harmony and care to our workplace.
If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping things in order, and supporting those around you, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the office environment, ensuring smooth workflows, consistency, and balance across two office locations.
- Manage office logistics with precision—scheduling, resources, and operational requirements—so both spaces run seamlessly.
- Take full ownership of travel arrangements for executives, team members, and external partners, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Serve as the central liaison for travel vendors, accommodation providers, and service partners, ensuring competitive rates, high service standards, and reliable arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members and partners.
Maintain warm, professional communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners, representing the organization with integrity and care.
Ensure the office is well-supplied, welcoming, and organized, fostering an environment that supports productivity and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in
English and Greek. - Some experience in office management or administration (preferred, but not required).
- A natural talent for
organization, multitasking, and problem-solving
. - Strong
communication skills
with a warm and professional presence.
