Position Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at SiGMA Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our global events and campaigns. You will collaborate with event organizers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact designs across digital and print platforms, including event signage, banners, promotional materials, and branded assets. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals in a fast-paced environment. In addition to design expertise, you will contribute through professional event photography, capturing moments that enhance SiGMA's brand presence and marketing campaigns. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior designers, champion creative excellence, and uphold consistency across all touchpoints of the SiGMA brand.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

• Lead design execution for SiGMA's brands.
• Develop engaging visuals for web, social media, email, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative

Photography

• Capture high-quality event photography, covering highlights, branding, and key moments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide imagery for promotional and post-event content.
• Maintain and organize a library of photo assets for ongoing brand use.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Events, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver integrated branding solutions.
• Coordinate with production partners and printers for timely, accurate asset delivery.

On-Site Execution

• Support branding setup and ensure visual consistency at events.
• Troubleshoot and adjust assets as needed in real time.

Creative Development

• Translate complex ideas into compelling visuals across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Keep up with design and technology trends to keep SiGMA's branding fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in events, expos, or B2B tech sectors).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, photography, and branding projects.
• Hands-on experience in shooting and editing high-quality photographs, ideally in event settings.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
• Experience with large-format printing and production processes.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and project ownership.
• Leadership or team management experience is an asset.
• Fluency in Russian is a must
