Responsibilities
:

  • CRM Strategy and Execution
    : You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall CRM strategy. This includes setting objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that the CRM platform aligns with and supports the company's strategic goals.
  • System Management and Administration
    : You will manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM system. This includes ensuring data integrity and cleanliness, managing user access and permissions, and overseeing the implementation of any system customizations or integrations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    : A key function of this role is to analyze customer data within the CRM to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and presenting regular reports on CRM performance to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    : You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure the effective use of the CRM system. This involves providing support, facilitating communication, and ensuring a unified approach to customer management across all teams.
  • Process Optimization and Training
    : You are tasked with continuously improving CRM-related workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and user adoption. This includes developing and delivering training programs and materials for all CRM users to ensure they are proficient in using the system to its full potential.
  • Customer Journey and Experience
    : You will play a crucial role in mapping and enhancing the customer journey. By leveraging insights from the CRM, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.
