Обов'язки:
- Взаємодія з зарубіжними юридичними фірмами та податковими консультантами, податковими органами Європи та інших країн;
- Юридичні дослідження законодавства різних юрисдикцій (Україна, ЄС, США, Кюрасао, Кіпр тощо), постійний моніторинг змін у законодавстві, складання консультацій.
- Юридичні дослідження ліцензійних вимог та правил iGaming в кількох юрисдикціях (Кюрасао, Велика Британія, США, Україна);
- Аналіз договорів, внесення змін до договорів, контроль ризиків, пов'язаних із господарською діяльністю в контрактах, спілкування з колегами всередині компанії та контрагентами;
- Аналіз укладання інвестиційних угод;
- Контроль за реєстрацією торгових марок;
- Аналіз процесу/контроль ліквідації компаній.
Вимоги:
- 2+ роки професійного досвіду в IT, IP (розробка програмного забезпечення для комп'ютерних/мобільних платформ), корпоративне право/M&A, міжнародне договірне право;
- обов'язковий рівень володіння англійською мовою (впевнений B2-C1);
- бізнес-орієнтований проактивний підхід;
- глибокі знання українського та міжнародного оподаткування;
- глибокі знання господарського, корпоративного, інтелектуального, договірного, трудового права;
- базові знання принципів бухгалтерського обліку, правил трансфертного ціноутворення та злиття та поглинання.
