We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Affiliate Data & Operations Officer
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and excels in operational execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, analyze, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate performance and payments reports
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of affiliate activities and internal workflows
  • Produce ad-hoc data reports based on business needs
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage incoming requests via emails, tickets, and internal communication channels
  • Maintain internal databases, trackers, and documentation to ensure data consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency
  • Uphold data confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies

What We're Looking For:

  • BSc Degree from a relevant field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

  • FX industry experience will be considered as an advantage
  • CRM system and Jira experience will be considered as an advantage
