HR Recruiter – Ref. (6017/HR/ESS/CY)

Role Overview:

• Fully active in the recruitment cycle: preparing job announcements, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, coordinating meetings.
• Screen candidate applications and assist in shortlisting.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage CRM / applicant tracking updates and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support day-to-day administration and coordination.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or individual who has just completed an internship or currently has someone with up to 6 months' experience in HR/administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools (MS Office, systems, CRM).
• Energetic, curious, and eager to learn and develop.
