Location:
Larnaca. Cyprus

Role overview:

The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized Administrative Support professional responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office. They will support management and other employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Support the department with reporting and information management.
  • Assist in tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong team player mentality.
