Key Functions

  • Monitor and manage risk exposure, ensuring compliance with trading limits and internal risk parameters.
  • Configure and oversee trading accounts using MT4/MT5 Manager and Administrator, while supervising system performance and platform operations.
  • Implement hedging strategies as defined by management.
  • Conduct market analysis and hedge cost analysis.
  • Execute client transactions according to instructions.
  • Stay updated with market developments and monitor trends across multiple instruments.
  • Handle bridge configurations with providers such as PrimeXM, FXCubic, Centroid, or YourBourse.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot trading platform–related issues.
  • Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on trading activities and risk exposure.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to accounts, positions, and margin calls.

Competencies and Required Background

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial markets or the wider financial industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MT4/MT5 Manager and Administrator.
  • Knowledge of data analytics or programming tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL is advantageous.
  • Proven risk management expertise.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (mornings, nights, overnights).
  • Strong trading skills.
  • Good understanding of best execution policies and operational procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for financial markets and staying informed of industry trends.
