Senior Dealer

About your role

As a Senior Dealer, you will play a vital role in monitoring client trading activities, managing risk and supporting junior members of the team. This position offers exposure to multiple aspects of the Forex industry, reporting, product improvement and testing, and coordination with internal teams and liquidity providers. You'll be expected to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and contribute to the improvement of trading processes in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and manage operational and market risk daily
• Develop tools and scripts to enhance and streamline daily trading operations
• Performance quality assurance testing on software releases, upgrades, and trading applications
• Maintain strong relationships with the Company's liquidity providers
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including IT, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Compliance
• Investigate and resolve trading platform-related issues
• Monitor client trading activity to identify and mitigate potential risks to the Company
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
• Support with regulatory reporting (Pillar III, ICARAP, Quarterly Submissions, and other)
• Assist with trade reporting (EMIR, ASIC, MIFIR)
• Contribute to new product developments
• Mentor and train junior risk/dealers

What we are looking for

• Minimum 4 years of previous relevant experience
• BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, or Economics
• Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate
• Proficient in using MT4 and MT5 (both Administrator and Manager)
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced computer literacy, including Excel or other reporting tools
