DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shape and lead the QA vision by designing and executing strategies that guarantee top-tier product reliability, performance, and quality.
  • Build and run robust test plans from hands-on manual checks to fully automated test suites.
  • Develop powerful automation scripts for regression, integration, and end-to-end system testing.
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers, data engineers, and product managers to catch issues early and keep development moving smoothly.
  • Validate AI/ML outputs and data flows, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and optimal system behavior.
  • Own the defect lifecycle log issues, monitor fixes, and perform thorough verification.
  • Keep documentation sharp and organized, from test results to technical reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement, enhancing QA tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Contribute to code reviews and advocate for strong software quality standards across the team.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers, offering technical guidance and fostering a culture of quality.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 3–5 years' QA/testing experience
  • Strong understanding of test methodologies & automation frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Familiarity with Python/JavaScript/Bash
  • Bonus: AI/ML testing, cloud environments, Docker/Kubernetes
  • Certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
