Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent at Copybet EU Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will manage customer inquiries through various channels and ensure that all issues are resolved effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Your role will be focused on delivering outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving. You will work alongside internal teams to ensure all customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations to address them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Handle complaints in a positive manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution wherever possible.
- Keep updated on our products, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the customer service process to enhance the overall experience.
- Be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
In this role, having a solid background in customer service, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success. You should also be comfortable managing multiple tasks and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by addressing all inquiries and issues thoroughly.
- Develop effective solutions to customer problems with a customer-first approach.
- Manage multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in both written and verbal formats.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Apply conflict management techniques to handle difficult situations and ensure positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is an advantage.
