About the Role
As an important part of our continued success, we are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative to our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and help create a positive experience for every client. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide prompt customer support via live chat and email.
- Resolve client queries and coordinate with customer service and back-office teams.
- Support Business Development Managers as needed.
- Process client requests efficiently and on time.
- Keep client information accurate and up to date in the CRM.
- Deliver quality support during account opening and throughout the client's relationship with the Company.
- Promote the Company's services.
What You Bring With You
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably providing online support via live chat and email in the forex/cfd industry.
- Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish, German, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, both over the phone and by email.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues politely and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach with the initiative to find solutions to new questions.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday in monthly shift rotation with flexibility to cover other shifts if needed.
