paytech is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the

industry. We're currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team in

Limassol, Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to be the frontline of our customer

interactions and provide exceptional support to our clients.

As a Level 1 Tech Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries,

troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and

services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional Customer Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact via email, chat, and phone.
  • Deliver friendly, accurate, and professional assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues

  • Identify and resolve product or technical issues; escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain Product Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date with all
    Paytech
    products and updates.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to provide accurate customer information.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain clear, user-friendly manuals, guides, and CRM records.
  • Track interactions for analysis and improvement.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues smoothly.
  • Provide feedback to enhance support processes and improve customer experience.

Job Requirements:

● Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English and Russian
.

● Customer-Centric Attitude: Genuine passion for helping customers and delivering

exceptional service.

● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide practical

solutions.

● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools and applications. Familiarity with

CRM systems is a plus.

● Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Experience: At least 1+ year of prior experience in a B2B customer-facing role in the

fintech industry (the payments industry is the most desirable).
