Project Manager

On behalf of our client, a versatile and innovative technology company, we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for independently managing complex projects, ensuring delivery within agreed time, scope, budget, and resources.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage and Lead projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Define projects' scope, objectives, deliverables, and monitor the progress
• Oversee and drive projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objective and client expectations
• Identify and assess risks, recommend strategies, and escalate critical issues when needed
• Track and evaluate projects' progress using appropriate tools, metrics and performance indicators
• Build and maintain strong client relationships including requirement, clarifications and managing expectations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Project Managers, encouraging their professional development
• Support the evolution and improvement of PMO standards, processes and methodologies
• Conduct project closure reviews, capturing insights and lessons learned to improve future initiatives
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate and accessible project documentation
• Perform additional tasks if required
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner - strongly preferred
• 6+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding and experience in application of Project Managment Methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, SDLC
• Proven prior experience in a dynamic, fast-paced software development environment
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, decision making, and risk management abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Collaborative, results-driven mindset, with strong business acumen
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Flexibility to travel when required

Employment package and terms

A very highly competitive package will be offered with a combination of provident fund, 13th salary, bonus, in the range of 48,000-55,000 yearly.
