Reconciliation Accounting Officer
to join their expanding finance team and strengthen their accounting function.

Reconciliation Accounting Officer

Position Description:

Our client is looking for a
detail-oriented Reconciliation Accounting Officer
with a strong focus on account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing
accurate and timely reconciliations,
identifying discrepancies, and supporting daily accounting operations to maintain seamless financial processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing finance function within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of supplier, customer, and general ledger accounts
  • Verify and reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor open balances and follow up on outstanding issues with internal teams and suppliers
  • Assist in the preparation and recording of accounting entries
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and company policies
  • Support month-end closing activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or reconciliations will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and very good command of English
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
