Why this role matters

The Data & Analytics team plays a pivotal role in the success of our CRM Marketing function and whole Marketing division by providing high-quality and timely analytical insights and data-backed recommendations, maintaining data operations and ensuring data quality. We are looking for a Senior-level Product Analyst to reinforce the team.

What you'll actually do

  • Design and execute A/B tests, set hypotheses, measure experiment results, and provide actionable recommendations to optimise CRM campaigns.
  • Perform data analysis from clients, partners, and affiliates to understand user behavior, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Work closely with CRM Marketing and other Marketing teams to gather requirements, align on objectives, and define the scope of data tasks.
  • Understand the CRM Marketing landscape to identify areas of improvement in automated journeys and channels for greater efficiency and impact.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor data-driven processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality across CRM systems.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights and quantitative analyses on both regular and ad hoc bases to support decision-making.
  • Support the integration of new data sources into the marketing automation system, ensuring seamless deployment of use cases.
  • Apply advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques to forecast customer behavior and identify monetization opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics
  • Expert-level experience in A/B testing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or a related field
  • 4+ years of Data Analysis experience
  • Strong experience in R or Python
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (complex queries, analytic functions)
  • Ability to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce insights;
  • Ability to formalize and visualize the results of the data analysis;
  • English language is a must any other language will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to communicate complex statistical/mathematical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to constant requirement changes and produce fast solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, upper-intermediate English
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau (will be an advantage)
  • BI experience will be an advantage
