We're looking for a
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
to join our growing HR team in Limassol and drive international recruitment initiatives that fuel our company's growth.

Job location: Limassol, Cyprus

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding current and future hiring needs across functions and geographies
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and interviewing to negotiation and onboarding
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, global job boards, and professional networks
  • Manage relationships and agreements with international recruitment agencies
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and design best-in-class selection processes
  • Lead employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to strengthen our global presence
  • Represent the company at career events, job fairs, and networking functions
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to continuously enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR or a related field)
  • Proven, minimum 3-4 years' experience
    in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern interview techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented personality
  • Creative mindset and genuine passion for people and culture
