Job location: Limassol, Cyprus

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify current and future hiring needs
  • Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and global networks
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience — from sourcing to onboarding
  • Negotiate with recruitment agencies worldwide and manage related agreements
  • Create compelling job descriptions and design interview processes tailored to each role
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to support hiring across departments
  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance diversity and inclusion in our recruitment efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR or a related field)
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong track record sourcing candidates through social media and professional networks
  • Skilled in full-cycle recruiting and familiar with various interview techniques
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Full fluency in English
  • Great understanding of roles across different departments and functions
  • Structured, adaptable, results-driven personality
  • Creative mindset with a passion for people
