Our client is one of the world leaders in the telecommunication infrastructure industry. It's an expanding company active in more than 20 countries. They are looking for a Head of Sales based in Cyprus that will be responsible for developing and managing all the sales and operations inquiries related to the business in Cyprus & Malta. As the main point of contact, you would be responsible for building, maintaining, and negotiating long-lasting business relationships (MNOs mainly). The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and significant experience in the telecommunication industry coordinating sales efforts with other departments. This position will work in a combination of field and office environments. The job will involve local and international travel.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients, create proposals, presentations, and collateral related to the development of clients and businesses within assigned territory;
  • Manage Funnel and Pipeline and provide regional forecasts;
  • Manage and serve existing customers to create long-term business relationships;
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategic plan to reach the budgetary goals of assigned territory;
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships by identifying requirements; anticipating and resolving problems;
  • Monitor and communicate metrics with tracking tools and reports as required;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team;
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a similar field;

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager;

• Fluent English;

• Experience negotiating long-term contracts, building, and maintaining long-term relationships;

• Disciplined, organized, and thorough individual.

Base salary: 50, ,000 EUR + bonus + benefits.
