We're hiring an experienced
Delivery / Project Manager
to help our
Gameplay team
deliver product improvements for players and drive a measurable acceleration in the team's time-to-market.

Beyond daily operations, this role is expected to bring a major change — establishing measurement of the team's time-to-market along with the leading indicators needed to enable data-driven, continuous acceleration. This challenge hasn't yet been solved in our company.

You'll work within a close, cross-functional Gameplay team — Product Manager, Game Designers, QA, Engineers, Analysts — and support each teammate in growing their delivery capabilities through feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, run, and evolve delivery management practices that enable the team to make independent progress throughout the entire delivery loop.
• Create and evolve a measurement system that enables data-driven time-to-market acceleration by identifying constraints of any kind.
• Prioritize time-to-market acceleration initiatives based on data and implement them either individually or in collaboration with the team.
• Continuously monitor and resolve delivery risks — including WIP overload, dependency gaps, unclear priorities — either independently or via escalation.
• Forecast time-to-market using historical and real-time data.
• Provide immediate feedback to the team on delivery-related behaviors and escalate systemic issues through performance review cycles.
• Participate in hiring by assessing delivery-related capabilities.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience as a Delivery or Project Manager working with a stable, cross-functional team on a live game.
• Proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving delivery speed and quality using metrics (e.g., time-to-market, cycle and lead time, DORA metrics, etc.)
• Willingness to understand technical pipelines at a level required to identify constraints and delegate their resolution to the team.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., YouTrack, Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.)
• Ability to develop delivery-related capabilities across a team through feedback.
