Documentation

System Maintenance

Training
: Provide guidance and training to users on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, enhancing their technical skills.

Collaboration: Work with other Technicians/Engineers/IT staff to create system documentation aND materials, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education
: Graduate of a Technical School in the field of Electrical Engineering or a related field

Experience
: Proven experience in technical support or IT roles is essential, with familiarity in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Certifications
: Any Certificate withing the Security Systems Field will be consider as an advantage

Technical Knowledge
: Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products is crucial.

Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective user interaction and documentation.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues efficiently
