Lead System Analyst
.

Основные обязанности:

  • управление командой системных аналитиков - найм, онбординг, развитие компетенций команды;
  • постановка и оптимизация процессов системной аналитики;
  • участие в процессе непрерывной поставки - обеспечение необходимого уровня проработки технических решений в рамках компании;

Играющий тренер:

  • описание модулей системы, алгоритмы их работы и взаимодействие с другими модулями;
  • проработка архитектурной дизайн-документации, участие в декомпозиции, постановке и проработке задач для разработки;
  • ведение технической документации систем: сбор, уточнение, проработка, декомпозиция и формализация требований к продуктам, исследование технических возможностей и ограничений;
  • участие в разработке базовой архитектуры решений;
  • тесная коммуникация и взаимодействие с разработкой - понимание и решение актуальных проблем продуктовых команд разработки, управление ожиданиями.

Необходимые требования к кандидату:

  • опыт работы системным аналитиком от 7 лет;
  • опыт в технической области (разработка) будет являться преимуществом;
  • опыт участия в проектах по внедрению, развитию или разработке решений на базе клиент-серверного ПО в аналогичной роли;
  • опыт проведения исследований, сбора, формализации и анализа требований на разработку ПО;
  • опыт разработки функциональных и спецификаций, пользовательского интерфейса;
  • знания основ реляционных баз данных;
  • понимание основ UI/UX;
  • понимание принципов построения микросервисной архитектуры;
  • знание методик и инструментов описания методов;
  • понимание принципов интеграции со сторонними системами;
  • знание UML диаграмм;
  • умение читать код будет плюсом.
