Immigration Specialist – Nicosia

Our team in Nicosia is growing, and we're looking for an Immigration Specialist to come on board. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with people, and are ready to take initiative, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

  • Prepare and file applications with the Immigration Department.
  • Handle registrations of companies and individuals with the Tax Department.
  • Keep track of case progress and ensure all documents are submitted on time.
  • Maintain well-organized client and case files.
  • Review information and documents provided by clients to make sure everything is accurate and complete.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and government authorities to keep processes running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
  • A problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Previous experience with the Immigration Department is an advantage, but we welcome applications from both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
