We are seeking an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply for our ride-hailing operations in Nicosia.

About the role

This role offers a direct and tangible impact on local operations, contributing significantly to business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create and Optimize Processes: Identify the most efficient ways to run operations.
  • Collaborate: Work with local operations and HQ teams to streamline processes and suggest improvements.
  • Supply Management: Manage the driver acquisition, conversion, and activation processes autonomously.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and solve operational challenges.
  • Partnership Building: Form bonds with local businesses to enhance demand and support supply growth.

About you:

  • You have 1+ years in an analytical role, or other relevant fields
  • You are a strong collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Greek
  • You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing
