Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist located in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging social media content, and managing digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include generating creative content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and interacting with the online community to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Create and schedule posts, stories, and graphics
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries
  • Monitor performance and report on results

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Real estate marketing experience is a plus
